A hike can be so much more that a walk in the woods. It can take everything that makes life confusing and put it all in perspective. The silence that comes from a hike in the mountains is indescribable.
Maybe it’s sappy, but I wouldn’t be myself without the opportunity to take time to reconnect to the mountains I love so much.
I can’t even begin to explain how lucky I feel to have grown up here and to have this home to come back to.
Colorado is incredible.
